I put Schrei as my favourite Tokio Hotel record by far. I freaking love every single thing of it, simply for the fact that these were the first and so the most intense emotions. The magic of Schrei was that it wasn't that kind of thing you can call revolution, but described the perfect armony of a teenage band, energy and soul put together on stage... by four next door guys that basically were seeing things surrounding them at the possible same way we could, without any experience, and it felt like they were singing all the things we have been silented, just... the perfect world opening at the perfect time. It was rage against happiness; some songs like Ich Bin Nicht Ich or Gegen Meinen Willen were the rage, other songs like Leb Die Sekunde or Jung Und Nicht Mehr Jugendfrei were the happiness, other songs instead like Freunde Bleiben were rage and happiness at the same time. And all in german language, so double chapeau. The only thing I regret is I haven't felt the Schrei emotions the time they were out there, I did it only starting from two years after, when Monsoon has catched me and has never let me go...
I'll give an extra point due to the fact that here is placed my favourite Tokio Hotel song Der Letzte Tag.
I remember the first time I listened Schrei and Rette mich, I was thrilled *O* I'd never heard something like that, but since then I fell in love with these guys, what a shame the don't sing in German anymore, that's one of the things that made them a unique band. Anyway, I wish them a lot of success. I'll be waiting for the new album. I feel very excited to listen to it.

In the Philippines, the 'Best of' Tokio Hotel album will be launched on December 19, 2010 (Just before Christmas! YEY!). The Philippines will ONLY be receiving the Deluxe Edition of the album which will cost Php 650 (aww!). The Deluxe Edition of the Album includes the German CD, English CD, Bonus DVD and 2 unreleased tracks! The launch will be on Astroplus, MOA! I'm not the President of the THP forum but I really memorized it! =))

TH has really changed my life around.............. this video and the music vid for H&Suns seem really nostalgic, which is very nice and sweet :D
i hope they're doing good... i really hope they continue doing what they love and do whatever they think is right for them :) 'cause when they are happy, WE TH FANS ARE HAPPY! :D

I'm SO incredibly proud of them, it's as if they were my children haha ... I've grown up with them and i will be with them forever.
Whoa..I haven't actually listened to these guys in SO long. D: I wish they were still like they were in '05. Semi-underground, grungier rock, and deeper lyrics.

and people, you keep saying 'old' Tokio Hotel and 'new' Tokio Hotel.....you need to realize that everyone grows up, everyone changes. these men are no different; just because they are super-mega-rockstars doesnt mean they aren't gonna grow up!!! love them for who they were, who they are, what they've become, and what they will be in the future.....it's working for me.

Wow, this is gonna be awesome! I love all the looks back we've been getting!
And everyone needs to chill with the "ZOMG they're breaking up!!1!!" stuff. They've said repeatedly that they aren't. They're even hoping to have a new album ready by the end of next year. All this retrospective stuff is about them reaching a point in their lives where they're realizing how far they've come. They've been around so long, and so many of their dreams have come true, so they're appreciating it and US!

I miss the old days :( These are the TH I remember and love. They are kind of different to me now and I've fallen out with them. I still like their old music though. They opened the door to me for rock :)

I think they are still great band now. I love the Humanoid DVD, because I have never been able to go to their live concert. My village is too far away from their world tour. I just wish I could find more video clips about when they were younger. How can you imagine Gustiv used to look like the youngest, haha. so cute!

I just don't understand you people who keep on whining how much TH have changed. C'mon, they're still TOKIO HOTEL. They still make German music. They still rock the stage with their amazing showmanship. They can't possibly stay as kids/teenagers forever! Look at them now, Bill, Tom, Gerog & Gustav are MAN now! People GROW UP and so does music changes.

i'd loved tokio hotel 5 or 6 years ago, but now they're to comercial. Now i hear Rette mich and seeing the boys when they were younger, i miss them, i miss the old times when Tokio Hotel was only tokio hotel and not TOKIOHOTEL.

Hearing all of this "they're breaking up!" and "I miss the old Tokio Hotel" is really pissing me off. They're not breaking up. Many artists release a Best Of CD and continue to make music afterwards. And they're still Tokio Hotel. They grew up! They're in their 20's, you can't expect them to stay teenagers forever. Bill is still Bill, Tom is still Tom, Georg is still Georg, and Gustav is still Gustav. They still make music that speaks to you. You just have to look for it now. That's all.
I think just the fans from the beginning are able to understand what this means ('I miss old TH'). And this has nothing to do with 'be seventeen forever' ! This means much more the closeness to the fans, the naturalness, their possilbility to live their dream AND THEIR LIVE WITHOUT FEAR.
It's out of the question that they had to change and that we love them how they are now.
But we know other times and this is the sad thing about it.

@Bellachii Thanks. And trust me. I wasn't their for Zimmer 483 or Schrei or Devilish. Most of their English speaking fans can't really say they were either. I came in 2 months before Bill had his surgery. And to be honest I never had a chance to see them in concert. I could only watch on TV and buy magazines. I wish they would come back to America to tour. But I hope that if they come back their fan base will not have dwindled.
