I’m 45, I started to fast and only eat from 11a-7p and with regular excercise have lost 30lbs in 2 months…I haven’t ran a 5k in over 20 years and now I do one every other day! I was up to 265lb at my worst and now I’m down to 195lb and have to buy smaller Breezy polos! Great problem to have! 😂 Have a day boys!

After this episode and all the other issues Joey has had in the past I have come to the conclusion that Joey is an arrogant stuck up jerk, you can’t get mad at a person who’s dinner you ruined by sitting on it because those people got mad. The guy is just a jerk who thinks he’s someone special.
