Willys CJ2A Painting Started, Cummins Flywheel Grinding, Frame Measurement Pins

In this video I am working on Adolpho's CJ2A body and parts. I am getting everything ready for finish paint. Sandblasting is done and epoxy primer sprayed on most parts. The grill is getting 4 coats of SPI Turbo Primer and that will cover the filler and any fine scratches. After sanding I get the paint booth clean and I am beginning to set up parts in prep for finish OD Green finish paint.
While I was waiting for the primer to dry I get working on a Cummins 6BT flywheel. The NV4500 transmission in this truck failed and while that is out being rebuilt I am grinding the flywheel. It was overheated and had a lot of heat spots, but as you can see it came out perfect.
Between the paint booth and other projects most of the day got away from me. I was hoping to get the leaf spring mounts tacked to the CJ3B extended frame that I am building. I had a few free minutes to turn a few measurement pins on the lathe. The spring mounts need to be installed perfectly on the frame and having a perfect measurement point at center will allow very precise dimensions.

A little patience with flywheel grinding always makes for a perfect finish. Hard to find shops that care about customers any longer, you would be amazed at what I see from other shops.
