+King Doelo Paralyzed thanks that's what I do how long do you workout? And how many sets do you do? I usually do 3 sets of 30 for both the leg workout and upper body work out. Even the muscles that can't physically move I move them on the inside.

I do 15 sets of 15 upper and lower. You are on the right track bro. Keep working the ones that can't physically move. Believe it or not, they are moving inside. They are so weak that its gonna take a whole lot of working out. extra workout

I workout everyday. One day upper body and the next day lower body. I give my muscles a day to heal.
