I noted that setting scale and window animation to 0x it actually shows the aanimation and this pisses me tf off because it seems slows and dumb af. Is there another methos to achiece actual zero animation on opening and closing apps?

clear cache will increase battery usage because cached apps loading will consume less battery, if we clear it then it start freshly which cause more battery drain also app open slowly.
