Another wonderful trip with such a fun crew. I hope everyone had a verrryyyy happy holiday season & a merry Christmas to all who celebrate. We have more vlogs to come. Thank you to everyone who has stuck with me or joined me during my 2023 adventures. It was truly my BEST year of flying yet & full of transitions. Thank you for supporting me. How does it work when you fly different sized aircraft on the same trip? Do additional FAs join the trip at LAX? Is it a different trip for those crew members? Like are they just flying to HI and back?
This is a great question! For most trips at my airline we have a "base crew" of 3 or 4 people who stay together for the whole trip and the rest of the crew are extra based on the size of the plane so they each have their own trip and it can be the same or different. For this trip, we had LAX based crew going to HNL then they worked different flights home. We then had HNL based crew for our last flight who worked different trips as well!

ISNT it tiring to constantly fly from place to place or do you enjoy going to different countries or different types of states
It's a little bit of both. I love flying and I genuinely like my work & going to so many different places. It brings my joy, but also I LOVE my time off and my time at home. I am often soooo tired after a trip I need a whole day to recover at home 😅
