I’ve struggled with some mental health issues and can confidently say that a lot of anguish could have been avoided by just simply having a civilized conversation

People develop mental symptoms as a result of tolerating some situation which is or was extremely challenging. Anyone can develop mental symptoms if the life situation is bad enough...which it is, for so many.

I am more socially isolated with the deaths of my family. My social interaction is mostly on line now, with my ex- husband and ex- boyfriend calling me on the phone.
My daughter is leaving my area very soon.
I had hoped my community would be more supportive of me. But organizations have failed me.
So I still search through my writing to make friends.
