Homeowner SHOCKED At OVERGROWN LAWN TRANSFORMATION Then I Saw The Backyard

- I was driving through this neighborhood and noticed this severely overgrown lawn. I knocked on the door with no answer and then knocked on the neighbors door with no answer. I then ran into the mail man and asked him if anybody lived here. He said he didn't know, but somebody was collecting the mail, so I left a note in the mailbox offering to cleanup this property for free. The next day I got a text message accepting my offer. This lawn hadn't been mowed all year. The grass was really tall and the sidewalk was hidden with leaves. I got the front yard cleaned up and then went to check on the backyard and I was shocked. I have never seen a backyard this crazy before. The transformation on the front was epic but the backyard transformation will be out of this world. Thanks for watching.

Can we all just start with an OH MA GAWD! Brian, sir, you have picked one of the most unruly yards to tackle. That street debris paced the yard for work to occur. I'm sure whom ever lives here or cares for this home was so very grateful for your help. You touched some ones life and gave them joy. I can imagine the love this home had in years past. I'll bet they did! Here anyone can turn in a property for being an eyesore. City gives you one chance to do it yourself. If you don't, they send someone to do it and charge you a mighty fee!

My first words regarding the back yard, "Oh Boy." I'm sure you will be able to figure a way to accomplish it. In the front, not only did you do a nice gutter clean, but a brick planter bed just appeared from the overgrowth. A Landscape Archeology Day begins... Interesting that this belongs to a person who had worked-out how to take good care of his yard, and then couldn't. You are again, "In the right place at the right time." Spiritually, a 10/10. If I would have added anything to the work, it would be to slightly raise some of the front trees. The front is navigable, mulched, ordered and looks like it has a chance to recover its good looks.

For some reason CZcams stopped suggesting your videos. You're looking in good shape, great to see your transformation as well as the landscape transformation.
I watch these videos all the time, and I am always amazed by the hard work and effort you folks put into cleaning up properties for free. It's hard back breaking labor that not only puts wear and tear on you physically but your equipment as well. I always hope the people you do free lawn care for keep the property up after all your hard work as well as neighbors who live by the abandoned property you clean up in their area. It certainly increases everyone property value.
That was very nice of the homeowner to make it a point to thank you 😊.
For the neighbors well being please do the back yard. It will avoid rat nest and other critters from going into their homes.
It is a crazy one, but I have seen worse in Sean’s CZcams channel, juggernaut channel, and another gentleman in retired veteran in North Carolina helped a disabled veteran and it was like a forest front and backyard. His CZcams channel was called Thoms Simple Life. That project took over a year, now that was a 10 😢.
