What size is that? Looks huge with that long head tube. Looks super comfortable with short chain stays to make it stiff laterally. Am I close? 🤔

Note the fork. It appears to have been pushed back, as in a front-ender. This is from the barrel distortion of the camera lens. I panicked the first time I noticed that one of my bikes appeared to have this problem in a photo. I ran down to the garage and saw that the bike was fine. It was only the distortion from the lens.

what make are the rims please?

to be honest, I didn't build the wheels, so I am not sure. They did not have any labeling on them.
