The 184 days does not need to be in a row - you can leave and return to New Zealand as many times as your visa conditions allow.
You have spent enough time in New Zealand
You need to have spent at least 184 days in New Zealand on a resident visa in each of the 2 years immediately before you apply for permanent residence.
NOTE
This 2 year period is the time immediately before you apply for permanent residence, not the 2 years since your resident visa was issued.

For skilled Migrant residence visa - you need minimum Masters from NZ + 1 year of work experience in NZ .. then you get minimum 6 qualifying points and you are eligible for this category...

Yes you can but you 'll have to prove fluency in English to get the points . Ielts is not the only way .

Not an immigration advisor but I’d say your study and job need to match . With IT related jobs there are roles and responsibility set for the job title ,to get the points you’d need to be fulfilling those under the job role you are in .

Hello, I would strongly recommend to get a immigration lawyer advise you . In general ,the Job code (Anzsco )need to match your IT course skills you studied , don’t think that is possible with the current job you are talking about .

70 depending on assessment of nz registration authority , post grads are level 9 usually as per the system here .

Without a job offer in skilled sector you wouldn’t have the points to express EOI for Smc it’s at 180 right now
Even for green list you’d need a job offer from an accredited employer

That's for nz premium investment visa which requires 15nz dollar and 45 days per year after 4 years you will get pr but not citizenship and to get you need 240 days a years. After pr you can stay indefinitely in nz

Does it mean you would be doing a second graduation ? I would think higher the education level easier it should be to get a job , but too vague for the context . All depends on which skill credits you opt for- Go for credits which have more demand , this should help
