Hi :) I got the same machine.. I have a red light flashing on the start button and the lock symbol is just flashing.. happens on the long plan. The short one usually works.. did you ever get that?
If you have the model as me, from ~2019, you have to remove 4 screws (Torx), from the outside of the drum and then you can slide the grey plastic part loose. It will fall in the drum * close the drum, * rotate 180 degrees * remove 4 screws * slide the tabs to the left (push tab in the centre inwards) * plastic part falls in the drum * open drum and clean the filter

it's not really a filter, but it's good too clean it.
it's not really a 'filter housing' like this video. but you can clean it
