Please for the love of God, READ BINDING 13!!! It’s life changing. Anyhoo, I’ve just finished Daisy Haites…I’m LOVING the series. I have the 4 original covers, unfortunately, I purchased the first 2 in the US BEFORE they changed to the shoe covers in February 23! Then I ordered the 2nd two books from Blackwells. The ones from blackwells are TALLER!!! Ugggh. I recently ordered Magnolia Parks Into the dark from Blackwells, and it matches the last 2. *whew that was ALOT*
Also, icebreaker was my entire sh!t!!! 🤩🤩🤩

The way you’re thinking about Magnolia Parks is the exact conversations I was having with myself after reading that book. Definitely addiction, not love. When you love someone you will make sacrifices and compromises for the one you love. You want to make them happy more than hurt them. So many times they had chances to make each other happy, but so many times they chose to hurt each other instead. It was a very thought provoking book.
girl get a library card!!! your annotations will save just fine because your kindle automatically does a “your clippings” book that saves each and every annotation that you do, complete with the page number and everything! the nyc library is literally so amazing so you should def get some use out of it ❤
A24 IS ACTUALLY MAKING A TV SERIES ABOUT MAGNOLIA PARKS!! and I think the producer of Euphoria is working on it! they announced it in November!!!!
It's definitely all about personal taste and perception! When you said during Magnolia you were really into it because you love seeing those messy relationships, I was thinking "I could not care less about everything you're describing, sounds horrible" and honestly we both think that relationship is bad, but you're really into the drama, the toxicity, the trashiness of it and that is fun, but i definitely find no fun in those things lol I accepted that what booktok thinks is good doesn't not align with my personal taste and i rather avoid those books than read them and leave negative reviews lol
Yeah I can definitely see this, like if someones not really into drama or chaos this book really wouldn't be enjoyable.

That's why I read only one Kindle, I have 357 books, and I can't imagine having that many books on my shelves. I read quicker is more comfortable at night. I have only 67 physical books that I really love ❤ and kindle changed my reading experience for sure highly recommended if somone think to purchase one ❤

I think I loved Magnolia so much because it was reminiscent of my first “love” a very long time ago (minus being rich) and now 15 years after that relationship ended and I found a healthy one, I have a completely different appreciation for what I/we went through at that chapter of our lives.
They’re certainly not for everyone but it’s one of my favorite series, hands down.

I read Icebreakers last year and I gave it 4 stars. I honestly thought it was a really cute book. When it comes to romance books, I think this is either gonna be a Hallmark romance (so cheesy, it’s beyond laughable), cutesy with a bit of smut, or just smut all the way through that it makes you say oh my. I’m gonna add the others you mentioned to my TBR. I love the way you explain books.

I am obsessed with the Magnolia Parks series, please stick with it! I love the Daisy books and all the questions you have about Magnolia and BJ will make sense later I promise! The Long Way Home is one of my favorite books of all time and you really learn to appreciate BJ, also love your energy girl!

Before you give up on Ali Hazelwood, I would suggest reading love theoretically, that is what I started with, and I loved that one I actually own all of her books now, except for bride. However, I’ve only read love, theoretically and check and mate.

For Icebreaker im only 157 pages in and honestly feel like its focusing more on the smut then the actual plot. Like, sure smut is good and all but when it gets to be so much to the point where I'm just practically bored and annoyed. It's like making me wonder if there will even be a plot, yknow? I'm trying to convince myself to keep reading because the plot might eventually come back lol

I got all 5 for about $80 and that includes shipping and they don't add taxes. it takes about two weeks to get here, but considering I wanted the original covers it was worth the wait
