Armstrong was stripped of his 7, so yeah, he is the only american to do so. In armstrongs defense, i will say that the whole peloton was on dope at the time and he was the scapegoat. That he, armstrong, apparently was also a prick had nothing to do with it. Greg more or less is responsible for me getting into road cycling in my early 20's. At that time in america the sport was very young. Hardly anybody ride a bike.

This doping goes back as far as the tour de france will go. Anquetil? Doped. Yes, the darling of the french was doped to the gills during hsi wins. And because it was not illegal at the time the records stands. Pretty much everyobyd in teh 60's was doped on meth or who knows what. You are right that lance was nothing but a mediocre bike racer so thsi will show what the EPO will do for you.
