House is not bad but few major defects How can you have a detached porch What will you do when it’s raining Entrance door needs to be wider Stair railing of glass is not easy to clean Every time you touch and climb you leave finger prints Contemporary house doesn’t have quilted walls Walls need to be plain moreover mirror on walls again a headache to clean Walls should be plain

Good size lawn. The focus was the presenter. The bathroom with glass door doesn't suit our culture. The wardrobes were not clearly defined except in one room.drawing and dinning were missing. Nevertheless its good.
More focus should b on house than the presenter

Good Plan, Leaving green spaces is really appreciated while designing a house.
Over all it looks very beautiful house .
But so many things were missing,
Like drawing and dinning,
And sliding door of washroom, which is transparent?? How is it functional ? And how many bedrooms were there in total? And where is family area?
Video was more about the presenter and finishing of the house rather than functionality of the house .
Finally a beautiful house that looks like a house and not a fancy show off peice.

I may call it "fit for a display or a gallery " but it is certainly not suggested to be called a house ". There are numerous flaws. 1. waterfall or any water work is supposed to be in a corner of the front elevation lawn.. and certainly not right under the entrance it is hazardous for children and psychologically it is uncomfy to walk on . 2. porch is not spacious , it should house at least three vehicles. Further to porch was a Green patch that u called " lil lawn" is not required. You designed that at the cost of limiting the porch space. 3. Entrance is already conjusted and you dedicated additional raised space for plants.. you dont put shade loving plants right in the entrace cuz it gives a cluttered up look. 4. Glass as railing on the stairs is less protective.5. I didnt get to see a garage in the backyard. i have a garage and a porch in One kanal.. it will amaze u i can house at least 5 vehicles comfortably . I closed the video right after i watched the entrance.. on the whole it wasnt impressive. sorry.

@@felicity3961 not together .. porch in the front and garage in the backyard in one kanal. if the size of the plot is one kanal plus then Porch right in front of the front elevation and Garage on any side of the front(adjacent to boundary wall).

It’s more of the display of the running commentator’s view then of the house. Also it’s just an average house , may be amazing in this country only . As the comments say.

Great video, a few nice touches in the house. Not everyone's cup of tea. Designers should remember, sometimes less is more.
Bathroom with glass door. More interesting commode placed just in front of the door. The person seating the commode can be able to see all around the room or vice versa. This type of arrangement still not popular in western.

Are you filming the house, or yourself. In the whole video you are 60% and house only 40%. There should be only your voice in the video, not yourself.

Lawn is a good idea but DHA allows only 6 feet high boundry wall which does not give privacy for the family. Therefore almost all houses seem totally covered with a small lawn
