360 euro a time to replace them. when all they need is 2 new bearings.

I had the exact same motor on a dehumidifier one time bearings was bad was fully seized and I was afraid to pull at it like that with the pillars and I actually emailed the company that make them and they told me that they are a fully sealed unit just goes to show you can't believe the manufacturers as usual Dean fantastic work
I have a noisy radon mitigation fan that uses this style of motor. This video was really helpful to learn how it comes apart-I had no idea that that one end was actually a cap I could remove. Kinda sucks that you have to destroy it to remove it though. Regardless thanks for taking the time to post this! I got the old bearings out and have new ones ordered, happy to keep it out of the landfill, and happier that it's saving my mom $200!

What type and brand of puller are you using Dean ?? I have to get me one too. The stainless steel bearings you are using are they SKF brand ?? DID not know that the metal shield bearings are better for heat and not that good at sealing. The better sealing bearing you are putting in there place stainless steel types ?? I see you have a package of what, six in the cylinder sleeve of bearings, what is the reason for that many, you repair more than one fan motor Sir ???
Why are these fans so expensive Dean 300 plus quid is definitely high Dean.
