Yo lo tengo, pero no me planteo ponerlo en la pista porque es demasiado bonito, roza la perfección
Love all this - come back and give us more Slot Car Dad!
I've got a small stack of this years cars to review, rover sd, Monaco lambo, fan car twin pack, probably a few more! Will be making videos again soon, need to invest in a better camera and microphone!

Nice review, i have the original from the 80`s sitting on a shelf behind me. Such a classic, was a great car to drive too, did the best burnouts.
Thanks for watching
Considering what a significant car the 11b was (Mansell’s favourite) and what a fantastic animal of a thing it was, it would have been nice if Scalextric had put a smidge more effort in and got the wheels and tires right.
It’s also a damn shame about the design flaw with the easily damaged motor wires.
I suppose when I eventually get my own it’ll require some code 3 efforts and minimal usage 🤔
Thanks for sharing 👍 great video and great review 👍
Thanks for watching!
It’s good but comes with a design flaw or just unique to mine , I was changing the braids and the pressure to push the braid plate back in place once braids were replaced severed one of the power cables within the shell although I couldn’t see where the loose end was attached as it appeared to be two separate wires soldered together at the base of the car radio aerial one from the motor and a smaller cable from the aerial to the guide plate I’ve just replaced the whole Motor and cable section with another motor and cables from a scrap F1 car that was lying around dying .
I had a similar issue with the Yellow Lotus, the braid plate was very difficult to re-seat which resulted in a broken wire
@@slot-car-dad it has to be a design flaw , that’s going to be costly for everyone that’s bought them at some point in the time they own them and it won’t be from wear and tear which is acceptable this however is not I think considering how much these cars are .
Very nice! Can I ask… where did you get those silver guard rails? Are they Scalextric brand? 132 scale?
yes scalextric ones that came with a lot of sets, can pick them up cheaply on ebay
I bought this too!
Is yours a good one too?
Yes it is, well pleased.
Just got back into Scalextric after about 30 years.
