Exactly, that’s easily top 10 imo. It’s near impossible to execute a 360 dunk as clean as that in a half court set
Morant’s dunk at one was not as impressive as PG’s or Donovan Mitchell’s at 9 or around there. This list is whack for sure

Ja's jam was earth shattering, but Doncic with the put back on the purposefully missed free throw with 1 second left to force an overtime while completing an insane comeback on the way to a ridiculous 60-20-10 + game was the number 1 play of the year. Clutch moments are worth more.

Even as a Grizz fan I agree with you. Ja's dunk top 10 maybe but not better than the Luka putback.
It's just pure and obvious bias the NBA has. The difficulty, importance as a clutch play and addition to the scoreline from the entire game that it adds to all say it should be play of the year without it even being close to anyone with eyes. Honestly the #1 is forgettable compared to #2

#2 is probably one of the best/most difficult plays I’ve seen. Anyone who has played basketball knows that hitting a free throw like that is insanely hard. And the fact that the same person got the rebound is insane.

He is fundamentally a poor player that has flashes of talent but is widely ineffective.
