    Great video. However, you forgot to mention that if you offset the translation by one nucleotide you have a completely different 'frame' (there being 3 frames for any particular DNA sequence). Consecutive proteins in the genome are not necessarily in the same frame as the last, and there are also regulatory nucleotide sequences that are never translated. Most of the short protein sequences you pick up in the video are not actually translated in reality. Usually proteins are >100 amino acids long. Cheers.
