Every teacher should have spaces like this inside their classroom.
People have emotions. It makes you human. This sounds like a good idea. Kids shouldn’t feel threatened going to school. A school should be a safe space.
Great idea! Peace does not just materialize randomly. We have to learn to create peace. This is a fantastic start. Now, to implement a class called, ‘Compassion 101’, for K-12. We can create a wonderful world. 😃😍👍😊
God bless who ever came up with this brilliant thing!❤️
This is great! We had a similar one in 2nd grade, but you had to ask to use it and it was embarrassing. People would stare and all it was was a couch. Same with the one in art, everyone would think you were weird because teachers only let some kids (not exactly on purpose but yknow if ur a really tough student)
that is a smart thing !! i really love this idea
What do you do if more than one kid needs it at once?
I wish my school did this I got in alot of trouble at my school because I had a very hard time with my feeling and I would yell and even walk out of the class room
Whenever you get those moments close eyes and take a few breaths. Afterward, ask to be excused for a moment instead of walking out. Hopefully this helps
Amazing
