One thing that will be very valuable as well is what gear disenchants into most dust and maybe the port that likes dust the most gives a lot of contracts. I'm guessing Kalguur port will want the dust the most since it's their thing. Maybe a Heist base that nobody wants still has very high disenchant value so it becomes a loop of sending the dust to Kalguur and getting lots of contracts in turn giving you more bases from Heist and repeat.

the staff from heist has insane base crit and gives 1 endurance charge wich is the best source of dmg mitigation this league , i expect heist staves to be worth big money for crit 2 handed builds especially since you can get way more block while using staves now so they are really good defensive and offensive weapon
I'd very much like to know what your thoughts on the optimal heist builds are. I was very interested in the Pathfinder builds that used Queen of Forest, Ichimonji and the Perepiteia shield along with like Transcendent Spirit jewels. These builds were pure defense and speed, they didn't even kill the enemies, their goal was to survive anything heist could give them and zip right through. However they used Rage tech which no longer works, and I'd like to know your thoughts on what will replace that.
@Turtle.69 my plan is to go deadeye since it gets tailwind and tailwind effect. Tailwind gives action speed which is a movement speed multiplier. Qotf is still good 👍. The deadeye passive that gives frenzies while moving could be used with an automated phase run for 100% uptime . These are the things I'm going to be playing around with at league start. I'll post a guide a week or two in once I settle on a setup. Likely going to be some sort of cobra lasher or frost blades with freeze prolif for extra defense.

That is making the assumption that coin doesn't drop in Heist. I would guess 99% that it is tagged as a "basic currency" which is what drops out of Heist currency chests in Lockpicking contracts etc. I think we will have a steady coin supply, but I could be wrong.
Same as before, with some slight tweaks likely. Since the base items have better defenses we are not as reliant on Determination or Grace. This is actually pretty nice for builds that want to take Purity of Elements for full ele ailment immunity coverage. Since Life values are better there are some life stacking spell builds that will see a buff (namely Dark Pact and Forbidden Rite). Trickster is also likely stronger defensively this league because he benefits from ES/Evasion on helms and body armour. With ES values being higher CI is also buffed. You can always path down to the templar area for the extra endurance charge and get a endurance charge per second implicit rare chest for really consistent DR. I think there will be a lot of interactions discovered as the league goes on.
Thought about the amulets. Isn't kalandra mirroring a buff for them? That was my first thought, you could get f.e. +4 level on them right? and it might be even 100% if it works as in Kalandra league (choosing one of the 2)

If u noticed that * reflecting mist * for mirroring dropped as an item,maybe it would work with hinekora's lock somehow(maybe show a result on first item after u hover over it),but i would call it a bug if it would - cause it should split item .
If boss cards no longer drop then other cards drop more because the pool is smaller. Or they upped the drop rate for Stacked Decks to fill in the gap. But I think the other cards got a % boost to drop rate.
I gues the Rings will explode in Price because u can move the a fractured Ring mod with recumbulator to a normal base and have a Ring with 100 strengh and can have 6 mods

@QanarIsDelirious contracts don't sell well day one because people who do early heists buy them at ilvl68 with orbs of chance from Whakano. Only the ilvl83 contracts have value, which are hard to get to Day 1. I would recommend following an early atlas guide to get completion, and spec into the heist tree later once you unlock your atlas points (prioritize map drop first etc). You can definitely make currency running Heist early instead, but it comes as a sacrifice to your atlas progress, and generally feels bad for most players. Up to you though. I'm thinking about pairing Heist and Ritual this league.
Not a bug! A few leagues ago they randomized the curios at the end of blueprints. So now the location doesn't matter; all blueprints have an equal chance to drop each type of loot.
@xmatheusx01 no, not any item in the game, any item that could have dropped from any of the curios prior. So: currency stacks including divines, experimented bases including simplex amulets, replica uniques, enchanted rares, and heist currency such as tailoring and tempering orbs.
@Alan-Roberts-g it could be, but I don't like shield charge in heist, personally. Too many bridges, doors, and thin hallways. I ways prefer a running build with phasing.

@Surdlem with raider gone, it's looking like deadeye or pathfinder are going to likely be the fastest. Toxic Rain pathfinder is good, Artillery Balista is good, I think I'm going to play Frost Blades deadeye. Lots of choices for sure.

I have heard streamers talking bout Poison Concoction Pathfinder as an option. Personally, I think anything with slayer will be OP because of the Endurance charge node. If you want something tanky Jugg will also be thicc this league stacking end charges.

From what I know you can't force Affliction so the effect of this will depend on the chance for Affliction to spawn. Once every 10 maps and it will be very good. Once every 100 maps and people will be frustrated because they crave the rush.

Heist allflames in Necropolis league came from bosses in unique heist contracts. So bases where still gated by heist content.

@konosek612 This is not something I considered, but seems strong. Potentially recombinators could factor in there as well.

Unfortunately cleaver is just completely useless. You can get 100% chance to ignore pdr really easily on the tree.

Maps are not nerfed. You will see fubgun running 15k+ wisps maps.
