Guys do not buy cosmic byte products. They have just one service center all over India ( Located in Pune ).
If by any chance your product stopped working they will leave you without your product for weeks or even months.
And if they decide not to honour your warranty there is no grievance redressal mechanism.
You will have no option but to buy a new product.
Don't make the mistake I made, never buy from Cosmic Byte no matter how appealing the product may be.

Bro, can you tell me one thing. Whenever my keyboard is running on wired mode or charging the left control is always showing red RGB. But in wireless and Bluetooth everything is fine and normal is it same for you or no

I jus got it, but I'm not getting the 1000hz polling rate, jus 150-200hz. I checked on all connections Wifi, bluetooth and wired. Anyone knows how I can achieve the 1000 hz polling rate?
other than that how is the keyboard? I don't intend to use it for gaming, just routine use
@@sanatmishra93 pretty great. Software support is great as well on 2.4ghz. Typing experience, modding, everything is pretty great. If you don't like it being clicky, you can always replace the blue switches with red switches.

Also, is there a way to change to keycaps to a lighter color? I'm a newbie afa mechanical keyboards go. This was the only wireless compact keyboard with multimedia buttons in my budget, hence I bought it. If you can give me a guide how to replace just the keycaps that'd be great. Thanks!
