I always get stressed if I try to multitask. I like to start 1 job and than completely finish it before I start the next one. Concerning clutter I still have way too much stuff around me. I just love all these nicknaks but really can’t handle it as a high sensitive person. This eats a lot of my energy and I really have to start decluttering again. Especially after what you just told us.
Thanks for sharing ❤️
This was so insightful!! I will probably need to listen again.
Glad you liked it!
Definitely agree with the CBT cycle and needing to also consider the impact. I was listening to some of your posts whilst clearing items that have previously been more difficult to move on for a specific reason for each and what you said helped reframe my mindset in respect of each item. For example a lamp that looks good but really opens the space without it so it’s going. A thrifted leather jacket that I got for about 10% of the true value but doesn’t fit well - too big and I have another leather jacket I always go to instead so it’s going. Thank you 😊
I loved your first video on this, so thanks for the update! The stats are staggering!
Glad you enjoyed!
Thank you. I’ll rewatch this one; it resonates.
Great topic! 🧡
There are a lot of specific things I could thank you for over these last months, but today I want to specifically thank you for your discussions on jaw stretching and relaxation techniques. Of late I have been holding so much tension in my jaw and the impacts are becoming more significant, your highlighting of proactive steps has turned this around for me. Life changing, thank you!!
While I am at it I will throw in a thank you for knowledge that we can create an iOS homepage link to CZcams playlists lol, also life-changing in a less critical way 😅❤
Always look forward to seeing your videos!❤ Great topic
Yay! Thank you!
I am not a hoarder or clutter person. I’m just trying to understand them
Have there been any studies on human behavior when the participants are placed in messy/clean environments? How productive or compassionate?
I find myself trying to get out of my house to escape my clutter at home, mostly goodwill and savers. I need help 😅. My top contributor to my clutter is putting it aside for a future yard sale that never happens. 😭
Instead of going to Goodwill or Savers to escape, have you ever thought of going somewhere else where there’s less temptation to buy more? That’s probably your main problem if you’re constantly bringing in more stuff from those stores.
Been there...when I did finally have a garage sale it wasn't worth the time and energy and still had stuff left. Donating is very freeing...
What was the quote you used from number 3? I think that’s my biggest problem but I want to discuss it with my counselor.
Ticking altogether too many of the mentioned boxes...
@miadanielle can you tell me what glasses frames you wear?
The ones in this video are Manchester from Eyebuydirect :)
I got a "not found" errror when I clicked the link...
