@@shortesnameofalltime He missed the tech, and got jab locked. Normally when someone locks you, they're about to hit you with an attack immediately after, so you buffer getup attack. However on this occasion, the Inkling backed up in anticipation of a roll into them or a getup attack, and thus their punish worked.
TL;DR:
The clip was sick.
