시간 관리 하는 방법이 궁금해요! 어떻게 해야 효율적으로 시간을 다룰 수 있는지 모르겠어요. 저는 항상 시간을 허투로 쓰는 일이 많다고 혼나요.
같은 시간 안에 많은 일들을 해낼 수 있는 비결이나 비법,
어떤 일이나 과제 등을 할 때 어느 정도 선에서 끝내는 것이 맞다고 판단하는 근거나 기준, 효율적일 수 있는 비법 등이 너무 궁금해요!!!!
(과제를 예로 들자면, 과제는 보통 하나가 아니라 여러과목에서 생기고, 시험 대비 공부도 해야하고, 이외에도 다른 일들도 해야해서 시간은 훨씬 한정적이잖아요? 그런데 어느 시점에서 과제 1을 끝내고, 2, 3...으로 넘어가는지, 어느정도 수준까지 해야 맞는건지, 만족할 때까지 붙들고 있는 것이 맞는건지 학년이 오를 수록 잘 모르겠어서요..물론 제가 경험이 부족하고 판단 내리는 것에 미숙해서 더 그런걸지도 모르지만요.)
저도 하고 싶은 것들 다 하는 멋진 삶 살고싶어요!!!

나딘님 안녕하세요. 댓글을 보실진 모르겠지만 봐주셨으면 하는 마음에 댓글을 답니다. 저는 나딘님보다 훨씬 나이가 많지만..새로운 분야를 도전하고 있는 사람1입니다. 제가 댓글을 단 이유는 정말 고맙다는 얘기를 하고 싶어서였어요. 사실 새로운 분야가 제가 전혀 접해보지 않았던 것이기도 하고, 솔직히 시작한지 얼마 안됐는데 포기하고 싶고.. 그런 일이 많았는데요.
(어쩌라는건가 싶겠지만) 나딘님이 열심히 하시는 모습 보고 저도 자극을 얻고, 그래 이렇게 완벽한 사람도(나딘님,이지님,니모님) 자기가 맡은 일에 최선을 다하는데, 나라는 사람이 하기 싫다는 일에 바로 무너져버리면 아무것도 할 수 없겠다. 라는 생각이 들었어요. 정말 최근에 번아웃이 온 것 처럼, 침대에만 누워있었거든요. 근데 우연히 인마이백 영상이 올라와서 보니, 열심히 하시는게 또 느껴지니까 자극을 얻었고, 근래에 번아웃때문에 아무것도 하기 싫어서 못봤던 니모님, 나딘님, 이지님 영상 다시 보면서 또 삶의 자극을 얻었어요. 어떤 일을 할때 저는 흥미랑 재미 그리고 미래에 대한 성공? 에 좀 집착하는 편인데, 이게 뭔 소용인가 싶던 순간. 다시 그 자극을 깨닫게 했어요. 누군가에게 큰 힘이 되고있다는 걸 알아주셨으면 해요!! 나딘님 니모님 이지님처럼 될 순 없겠지만, 저도 누군가에게 자극을 줄 수 있는 사람으로 성장하고싶어요.! 결국 고맙다는 말을 이렇게 길게했습니다 ㅎㅎ.. 앞으로도 좋은 영상..스터디윗미 또 해주세요!
