I’d swap the Spyderco out for a Hinderer xm and the oz would my my arius. By mac 2 and demko would be in my top 5 though. Maybe with the lamia as a 5th.
Thats a great top 5 most carried 🇺🇸 made knives. I have all of those and like them alot. My 5 most carried are the spk lamia, tanto sebenza, fsd-i, HMC frame lock transient 3.2, and pm2. To me the pm2 is my favorite knife of all time.
My collection is still growing but I have two of the exact same Sebenza, (want to sell/ trade one of them to get another knife) and a couple of Spydercos.
As a compulsive fidget fanatic I need to avoid assisted and crossbar locks. I've broken everyone I've got my hands on. Most of these look perfect for my compulsive hands. Thanks for sharing.
Love the Native 5 and the TRM Shadow! Been wanting to try an AD20 or AD20S. Wasn’t overly impressed with the 20.5. No experience with the Rosie or Mcnees. As far as I know, neither come in lefty or I’d definitely give them a try.
I should say all my USA made knives are in my top collection. Love a lot the TRM Neutron and two Small Sebenza (drop point and insingo) i carry when i'm dressed smartly. About production locking knives, i got mostly Spyderco (5 Native and 5 Para 3, steel collecting) and modded Benchmade (Bugout and mini, Griptilian and 2 mini, mini osborne). Also a Hogue Deka with micarta handles (hated it with plastic) and a Doug Ritter Mini Rsk. I carry them all, switching all year. And 3 USA made fixed blades, a Nova1 from Hogtooth knives, a White River M1 as neck carry, and ESEE 6 HM for batoning. And some GEC (15, 77, 86, 93) slipjoints i carry too. One day, i'll get a custom Pena. But I'll have to stop buying production knives and save some money.

Rosies are some of the most overhyped and overrated knives I've ever seen. This is the result of FOMO and hunger marketing. On November 22, 2023 they posted an Instagram post regarding why people should never buy Chinese knives, they should only spend money on US-made knives, particularly their knives, otherwise you are part of the problem. The undertone is: "We are hanging a mediocre carrot over you(low production), we overpriced it, and y'all gonna lick it clean and enjoy it because y'all are patriotic. You will enjoy me pegging you while you scream 'I am a patriot', otherwise shame on you. ". This is some of the greediest, schmuckest, snobbiest comment I have ever seen a knife maker make.
They will ramp up production sooner or later and the 2ndary mkt will come down but supply and demand still rules. When I was much younger Harley limited their production to create demand and people payed big markups for a bike then. Still do sometimes.

Yeah I don’t think they do lefty’s sadly. But all Demkos are ambidextrous so that’s good!

It’s only “overhyped” if you get the knife and it doesn’t live up to the hype. The Rosie does. It’s as good as everyone says.
