Lovely Reese's Tart with Strawberry & Cheese 🍓

Strawberries are nearing the end of their season.
This time we made a strawberry and cheese rice tart with sweet and sour strawberry cream and milky cheese cream on top.
It is a perfect gift for Mother's Day 🌷︎‍

Tart dough
Preparation
Bring butter and whole eggs to room temperature.
Sift together flour and almond pudding.
60g unsalted butter
30 g powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
14 g whole egg
90 g flour
15 g almond pudding
Let stand overnight.

Preparation
Bring unsalted butter and whole eggs to room temperature.
Sift the almond pudding.
Preheat oven to 170℃.
40g Unsalted butter
40 g powdered sugar
40 g whole egg
40 g almond pudding
Bake at 170℃ for 31 minutes.

Preparation
Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
75g cream cheese
100 g whipping cream (35%)
20 g granulated sugar

リースタルトって可愛いけど、真ん中が無い分少し損した気分になりますね😅　私はいつも真ん中くり抜かず全部のタルトで作ります。見た目重視ならリースも可愛いんですけどね。
