    The house is powered by a 24V Outback solar system with two 2021 high-efficiency solar panels. 400AH Batteries were purchased new in 2017 and Honda EU3000is generator serves as a backup for the solar when needed. There is a washer and dryer hookup in the hall closet. The home is heated by a Rais Gabo direct vent gas stove with a remote programmable thermostat. Mountain water tends to be "hard" and full of minerals, so the sellers have installed a whole-house water filter under the home and an Aquasana under-sink water filter to ensure your water is easy on your appliances and soft on your skin. An AT&T cell tower is within direct line of sight of the cabin allowing good cell phone reception; the homeowners use Star Link for internet service.
