Perfect Said, Sir...Extremely Perfect...
Thank you sameep for this wonderful talk. However, The problem is both sided (or multi sided). There is a big gap betwwen the kind of Architects 'India needs' and the kind of Architects 'India trains'. The profession is plagued by problems of pay, responsibility and value. The hard reality is that in 99 % of cases boils down to costs. and 'Architects' are an added cost to the project. The govenment has reduced its hiring of architects. 2 out of 100 architects work with the govenment (that includes PWD, HUDCO, Corporations etc....)
Great work. The same was commented by Architect Hafiz Contractor way back. What about directing sunlight inside apartments

With all due respect, the population of Mumbai is just huge. What is the solution given by planners/architects to accommodate these people without compromising the space?
This guy should be contacted by the Government for post COVID Bombay. But we know that will never happen.
He is part of a group of architects in West Mumbai, which does pro-bono urban design projects called the "Bandra Collective" in close collaboration with the Maharasthra Govt.
