- Come take a look at the Grapevine, Texas Great Wolf Lodge! This place is massive and tons of fun. We have been lucky enough to make this our 4th different Great Wolf Lodge we have been able to visit over the years and I must say, this one ranks up near the top in the fun category! Thanks to @greatwolflodge for providing a ton of fun while we were in Texas.
Very detailed and informative my guy! I just made reservations for my family's first stay this memorial day weekend!

Are they affordable?
It just depends on the day you go! You can find rooms in the range of $99 up to $350 for basic rooms. It definitely takes a bit of price watching to get the good prices!

Going here was super fun! I went here once when I was like 13 and it was so fun! Sadly I live very far now but I am super close to the great wolf lodge in Pennsylvania be cuz my state is super close!

@@LifeOnVideoI was trying to look up this place for a friend who had to cancel their vacation this week because they were going to visit her grandfather and he's sick and doesn't want to get the grandson sick .
I suggested Great Wolf Lodge which is a lot closer and she said that was something she had thought of yet when I go to their website it doesn't give you any clue at all no rough idea no listings you have to call or contact them .
I just wanted to give her a rough idea of what it could be for them to be there maybe for a day or 2 ... but can't even get a clue ... they're closed right now so I can't even call
@@gardensofthegods What a great suggestion! This has been a fun spot for my family to visit anytime we are looking for adventure and memories! The indoor water park offers so much to keep everyone busy with numerous waterslides and a massive wave pool. The resort itself gives lots of options for fun, from dance parties, interactive games, to really good dining options! Hopefully they take you up on your recommendation and have a blast! Great wolf lodge tour! We got a great wolf lodge 😊 so excited! Trying to get some good stuff done ✅ and then I have 😊 here great wolf lodge and building a bear ! And then so excited eat Dr.pepper and Coca Cola and root beer ? 1:47 ounces of water 💦 and hot summer splash salad so excited and magquest family water park so excited! 4:10

How long should you stay? A night or 2
I would say, if you live local or you're able to get there early for check-in and stay late on checkout, 1 day is enough! This is mainly because you get access to the resort/water park early on check-in and all day on checkout! If not, 2 days is my golden time! It gives you enough time to get in and settle down to enjoy everything and not be go go go all the time! Thanks for watching!

Great vlog! I am considering a visit to GWL and I would like to know if the Premium Daily Dining Deal is truly worth it. Is it an actual savings when compared to just paying for meals outright? Is the Dining Deal a savings at all? Please advise. Thanks!
Thanks for watching! I would say the dining plan is subjective to each person. We never opt into it because it is really easy to keep breakfast food in the room and we typically do Uber eats for dinner to save some money. Though we typically always do lunch and snacks in the water park. if you want to eat every meal in the park, you're going to get a savings with the dining plan, but not a ton. Breakfast is usually $25-$30, quick service is about $13-$20 and dinner can range from about $15-$45+ per person. Hope this helps you out some! These are not verified prices, just rough estimates of what I can remember.

You said you were going to workout. Is there gym there?
You're going to have a blast! Unfortunately, i swung by the front desk and they informed me there was no fitness room at this location. I had to just get a self workout in. Since there are 8 floors and a separate staircase for the MagiQuest, there were people using the stairs for a workout in the morning before the gameplay started up. There were also a couple of people running around the outside of the resort in the morning. Let me know how your trip goes!

Does all the great wolf lodges offer the same things or are they all a little different?
I would say that they all are a little different. They all have a lot of similarities and some staple attractions, but some of the slides and features as well as setup are all a little different.
Random questions do they have a fitness center there?
They do not unfortunately... I had to just go for a run around the building! Lol

What is magi quest
It is a game native to the Great Wolf Lodge Resorts! It is an interactive game (separate cost) where the kids take their wands and go on quests throughout the resort to "magically" make objects animate! It is really fun for them and there are a lot of different quests for them to go on in the resort!
In what floor is the fitness gym
I learned the hard way... The front desk informed me that there is no fitness center at this GWL. People were just going outside to run around the resort or using the MagiQuest stairwell to get some cardio in.

Not every lodge has a wave pool
Great Wolf Lodge isn't a fun place to go anymore. Ever since the summer of 2019, the character mascots have been giving me nightmares. The 2013-early 2019 mascot suits were extremely adorable, lovable, and kid-friendly, that little children could never get enough of them. That was the best part about GWL! When the super slim and unattractive suits replaced the super cute ones in the summer of 2019, I was very sad and heartbroken. Now my heart goes out to the little children who have been creeped out by the 2019-present suits. GWL was a Heaven of joyful wolf howls from 2009-2019. And then after that, it turned into a spooky and gloomy mansion.
Wow, that's a crazy experience! Well, maybe one day they will get back to the suits you know and love to make it a better experience for you. Thanks for watching!

@LifeOnVideo I'm not the only one who's sad that they're gone, but many other guests who have visited GWL between 2013 and 2019 miss them too. They're also arguing and complaining about how unattractive and scary the 2019-present character mascot designs look and how their children don't want to get close to them. I really think that a fundraiser would be the most helpful to make the next character theme far more decent and kid-friendly when it comes time to replace the current suits.
I’m actually quite fond of the 2019-onward designs - that might just be because I adore the promotional cartoon they produced with those designs (and also because I’m a 21 y/o man with severe autism, that might influence my opinion) and because I never went to GWL as a kid, but that’s just my opinion and I respect yours, even if we disagree.
