In this cake decorating live stream I show you how to fill,cover and decorate a buttercream chocolate drip cake that is perfect for beginners,I also show you how to bake and frost 48 cupcakes with buttercream while handing you all the tip and hacks to get the best from cake decorating.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS AND MEASUREMENT
500 Coca Cola
20mls coffee
350g unsalted butter
150mls vegetable oil
400g dark brown sugar
400g golden caster sugar
300g sour cream
6 large eggs.
600g self raising flour
150g cocoa powder
200g of dark chocolate bar/chips ( optional)
1/2 tablespoonful of baking soda
Pinch of salt or ( 1/4 teaspoon salt)
2x tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoonful-distilled vinegar
This quantity of ingredients yields 48 cupcakes
or Two 8 inch cakes baking about 2.5 inch deep
For smaller quantity divide recipe by 4 for 12 cupcakes
and use half the quantity for 24 cupcakes.

EXTRA INFORMATION FOR SUBSTITUTIONS
Replace coca cola or black coffee with exact quantity of any liquid base such as
1. Guinness for Guinness Chocolate Cake
2. Red or white wine for a wine chocolate cake
4.Coca cola only for coca cola chocolate cake
5.Coffee only for Coffee flavoured chocolate cake
When using two liquid bases such as coca cola and coffee each liquid can be less or more than the other as long as the total quantity is equal to the amount required in the recipe.
4. Add spices such as star anise, allspice,cinnamon + Oranges and leave to simmer and after cooling to make an orange spice chocolate cake
5. Coffee can be eliminated and liquid base replaced with hot water but increase coco powder by 100g
