  • This is a series about Wireless or remote control systems, In this first video of this series, we will see how to use these cheap Rf433 and 315 MHz transmitter and receiver pairs. We can also do Home automation using these Modules as we will see later in the Series.

    Well done. I will be Subscribing . I added a 3T coil to the TX only and had no effect. I did not modify the RX. A pack of five all worked. 3 RXs needed slight adj. Perhaps a distance test using or not using coils. Good call on the Capacitors on the TX side, lots and lots of noise form switches and stuff.

    Do you have any information of Rolling codes in RF system, like we have in Car FOB keys, keeloq? How should one go about implementing these in one's system, if one wants to make them more secure, than the fixed/learning type systems which can be amenable to replay attacks...

    Can we make passive keyless entry system for bike using 2 pair of txr-rxr ?
    Means one txr is always on (bike side) when always on rxr (of key) comes in close proximity, it will activate txr(of key). In turn (rxr of bike) will get activated and bike ignition will be ready.
    Please guide me.
    How much current Will always on rxr (of key) consume? Will it sustain on coin cell for 1-2 months?

    Just one question: as soon as I connect the source (even without connecting the RF emitter), the LED turns on... It turns off when I press the switch.
    It's right? How do I make it off by default and turn on when the switch is activated?

    When I press the button , the led decreases its intensity a little bit only

    • @jitulex

      that is due to the bias on the data pin, if you connect an digital encoder and decoder ic to the setup, it will be able to detect this high and low as digital signals, try that out, i have a seperate video about it so do give it a try, if the problem still persists, do leave a comment

    Is there a reason for difrences between these boards and a "433Mhz"? I got a board without the added components that a 433Mhz has, though it is advertizesd as 433Mhz.
    Is there any parts I need besides a coil to use my board? Why dose it have missing parts compared to the other board type?
    Anway, great video!

    • @jitulex
      @jitulex  Před rokem

      Apparently these modules are not very reliable, the connection between them is very unstable hence i dont use them much in my projects, but if you wish to you can try to use it as a 315mhz module by not connecting more components to the board, the reason why this board has missing components is because these modules were initially designed for 433mhz only but i guess to fill the market, people also came out with the 315mhz option but just modifying the oscillator section of the modules and changing its frequency

    • @jitulex
      @jitulex  Před rokem +1

      It works fine just requires 2 seperate microcontrollers on each end, transmitter as well as receiver hence increasing the cost dramatically compared to the 433mhz as well as these modules work on spi and coding for them to work properly increases complexity.

    • @nagalokesh7337
      @nagalokesh7337 Před 10 měsíci

      I don't know much about but the transmission and reception in rc toys use same principle. The input signal is multiplexed into higher frequencies using a set of transistors and crystal oscillators and then it is fed to a antenna and is received at receiver and Demultiplexed. Making a rf circuit with higher range is not preferable as it needs license. Hence you can use the modules with license. You can even google how rf circuit works for precise and better information.
