- Generative designed and metal 3d-printed autonomous driving chassis platform hitting the road. Days of generative design and iteration, 80 hours of robot metal 3D printing, 3 days of assembly with distributed power system and drive-by-wire system, the robot platform is hitting the road for more real-life testing.
10 times less parts. 60% shorter lead time. Pure organic shape with lightweight modular design. The world's first generative designed and metal 3D printed autonomous chassis platform is ready to redefine the automotive industry from design to manufacturing - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Coming from TechCrunch, your Chief Product Officer was quite nervous.
I'll be honest, that method of 3D printing Metal never actually occurred to me.
Its pretty bad. Those parts have horrible stresses locked up in them
@@xilw3r Proper printing does not have stress built up, but those machines probably cost 20k+ iv seen race cars with 3d printed exhaust manifolds that make 800hp and the manifold does not warp (high heat conditions) or crack
What is this method called?

I know I found it once. There is a specific name for it but I can't recall it or find.

Thanks.
What's the drivetrain like? 4x4, 2x4, etc? Can each axle be driven independently? More information can be found where?
Nice. I do expect sometime TESLA will have parallel parking by simply turning all 4 wheels near 90 degrees... This is the Future !
360p in 2020?
it's 2021? your comment says posted 3 weeks ago...
@@kingmasterlord The video is from 2020
@David Harmon They got more videos in their channel, they are dated 2020. It seems was upload at low resolution by mistake as the others are 720 or 1080.
