As from what i can see the difference in time is really low in all clips....
but yes this time difference can be increased further if we create a longer rotation of like 1 or 2 minutes!!
since switching character creates a lot of frames difference.

High ping matter only in coop, because at the same moment, you and other players may have an enemy in different places, but you will still will do same damage, but there are unpleasant moments when the enemy flies away from teammates attacks or teleporting

To me, when I'm with bad signal sometimes I get my ultimate canceled for switching to another character
That happen a lot with my hyperbloom team where I need to rotate fast with my yelan

The point of this comment is that the ping really affects your gameplay, even alone

Not only fps but refresh rate is also needed, such as 60hz 90hz 144hz 240hz, so don't get hung up on 60fps ultra hd graphics even up to 120fps, but if the refresh rate is small it's very bad, and one more thing is needed to run the app/software which is also needed machine/chip that is capable of running smoothly, no lag, no drop, no strating, no crush, no glitch, no freeze
