On my adept oversoul I have p motion, sword logic and range master work and I have over 1.4K kills with it

You are right in saying that Scalar Potential is more approachable.
Which is why Oversoul Edict was not on my radar at all.
Crazy you just posted this. I am having a blast with this exact roll but it’s adept. Using it with Bakris and it’s just melting when you get it rolling. So much fun like you said. Great vid and clips!

I love this pulse, I got really lucky and got an adept version with keep away and head seeker. I then fully enhanced it then changed the perks on it and I have loved the roll ever since I got it.
I can honestly say I never thought I’d hear a vasectomy brought up in a discussion about kill-chaining and weapon performance… but here we are. 😂
I prefer the gun model of Scalar Potential, but i'm going to run Oversoul this week, and see how it compares. First impressions, it feels better being able to dive into stability and still have a way to get juiced range, and it starts with better AA too.

This gun was nuts in d1, this version is even more nuts.
All i have to say is Sword Logic.
I crafted mine for pure-dueling with Eye of the Storm and Headseeker. Even when I get flinched, EotS kicks in and bends my shots right back on target, and Headseeker always helps keep things consistent.

TV you crafted the Scalar wrong trust me. Try smallbore steady rounds stability masterwork with keep away and headseeker. It has 44 range with enhanced keep away plus 12 and stability is 81. I hated the gun too til I tried that set up.

1) Keep Away / Headseeker
2) Enlighted Action / Sword Logic
3) Demo / Sword Logic
None compare to the consistency of KA/HS in PVP.
I prefer the Demo / SL roll for PVP.
Same as you. My "baby" is my adept Oversoul w/ Enhanced KA, Enhanced HS, and a Range MW with Adept Range. Reaches over 35m.

@@crypticcomplex8682 Arrowhead Break, Accurized Rounds, Zen Moment, Killclip, Range Masterwork, Adept Range. After I got that to drop on my second GM run I dipped. It's exactly the same as the one I got from Forsaken.

I really wanted to like this gun but I can’t stand the sights and how bulky it is when ADS’d.
Exact same. Wanted it so much because I like rapid fires but the ADS sight is so obstructive to me.

I prefer a duelling roll, so I’ve gone for Enhanced Keep Away and Headseeker. It melts. And because it’s Eruption in IB this reset, team mates are sticking together - so you get collateral damage from the Cursed Thrall origin trait. Feels unfair at times!
That’s how I rolled mine. And I haven’t been disappointed.

As a solo player who suffers from very bad anxiety and who isnt as good as esoterickk to solo a raid unfortunately it’s not obtainable. Does look pretty good, also great vid tv…sorry bout the snip also

Scalar Potential feels better to shoot IMO. Yes the edict can kill chain better, but as far as dueling and feel goes I'll take scalar all day every day.

Nice but, you're running a Hunter build. How is it as a Titian or Warlock? Thats what bothers me, when someone says it the best weapon, no compares against other builds or classes, whats great for one might be the worst for another.
It’s a gun it literally doesn’t matter what class you use it on

I absolutely HATE Bungie removing weapons I had then adding them back years later so if I wanted them, I would have to re-grind the same also recycled content. Never playing this game again.

Sorry TV, love your videos, watched u for years & missed when u were away but this is literally the worst pulse rifle I have ever used! It’s so unstable & the scope is horrible. I got the adept version with keep away, headseeker & was so happy when it dropped but dude, I was so disappointed after using it. I prefer Scalar Potential but it’s just my opinion. Keep up the good work though TV 👍👍👍
