Yeah. They should arrange dances, rock music, plays, sports and games, food and festivities, picnics and tours, and all possible fun things. After all life is a suffering. These things will remove all sufferings.
True... till the 90s early 2000, every kids went to church, then there was catechism, where they organized lunches, parties, dances...😢 in the summer they took us like the boy scouts,but both boys and girls, on these vacation/exploration in the middle of nature... already as children at 8/9 years old, you learned to sleep away from your parents, all together, overcoming your fears, walking in nature, praying, singing around the fire and organizing team games etc etc.... today I can say that those were the happiest moments of my life.... also thoose were the only moments where you could talk with the girls you liked 😅. the priest we had, he believed a lot in these things and in young people the future generation and in fact he raised the last generation of young people with brain... in fact we millennials who grew up like this, have not become puppets manipulated by the system as it happens with Gen Z...
Every Catholic mass preaches the gospel and the entire liturgy is actually built on scripture. What's happening in Italy wrt religion is the same as everywhere else...the people have been seduced by technology. In fact, Italians led the charge because they were early adopters of cell phones back in the ear;ly 1990s

Before Catholic Churches had social events for congregations. Dances, picnics, plays and other festivities. Now they do nothing.
Do nothing but provide the Body Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ.
