I started retail arbitrage this week and listed about $700 dollars in various goods. I was so excited I uploaded fbm. I just got my first sale within 24hrs. I wasnt even going to buy the item I did. Now I am freaking out and excited!!!

Omg u live in a fifth wheel and sell e-commerce. This is my dream life. You are literally living my dream. I was a working professional actor in Hollywood until 2016. It was then that I gave my life to Christ and now in 2020 I am praying for God to move me out of LA, and my wife and I want to move to Arizona and live a simple life out there where people do t bother us. Good video. Can you tell me whether a small plastic box of spices with it's own bar code, it's my own label\brand. Do I need to put each box in a poly bag ? And put Amazon sticker on ? When I bought an identical item it didn't come with a poly bag just as it is. Confused !
Hi, Great content as always! I just started my FBA account after 20 years selling full-time on other platforms. One question about packing fba shipments... I have 120 similar smaller items in various colors. So if I have 30 items of each sku, am I allowed to separate the different colors into different baggies then putting in the same FBA box? each item has their own asin code but wasnt sure if this was allowed, but I feel throwing all 120 items loose in the box would be a nightmare for fba. Thanks! Dave

nice video! What labels did you remove from the packages with the heat gun? Where did you buy the poly bags?
G2U Thanks! I use a hair dryer (instead of heat gun) to remove all price stickers from stores. I got the poly bags from Amazon! I have a link in the description with all the supplies I use.

Hi There! This is an awesome video like all of your videos are. The one thing I am unable to locate anywhere with experienced FBA sellers who are doing excellent videos such as yours is which specific categories are GATED so I can avoid those and get my feet wet starting FBA with Ungated items until I can get to the steps where I am able to move forward into the ungating process. I think the GATED Categories are baby, beauty, grocery, health and toys. Am I missing anything if anyone out there can help? Thanks!

Can you help me I dont know what I am doing wrong! I am getting my 1st FBA shipment order ready to send out and I am to the part where i print the sku labels but it is only printing the barcode no other info its not including the product name below the barcode and i do not know why?! I am using a 30 up paper on my lazer jet. Do you by chance know why this might be happening!?
To print the labels, do you get a sticker template paper and print with a regular laser printer? or do you have an actual thermal printer?
I watched an older video you made explaining shipping FBA, I need to check with you about poly bagging really large items that are not totally enclosed by the box and I can touch the actual Product. Actually, another question about that exact thing, when picking product type from the drop-down menu when preparing items for the shipment I don't know which option to pick when it's this type of product when you can touch the actual product??? There doesn't seem to be a good choice to pick from that describes this type of product, unless I'm not understanding all of what their descriptions for products mean but what is the correct type from the drop-down to use.
Back to the initial question, you referred to using what I believe I remember being a clear plastic garbage bag??? not sure? I thought you cut off the top that had either tying handles or drawstring can't remember.
Do the poly bags need to be 100% clear? I ordered some that said clear in the description from Amazon but they are not exactly clear you can see through them but it's very cloudy clear & I think I have to return them. So where do you get clear poly bags that are huge I also read for Amazon they have to be 1.5 ml thick.
Just wondering do you have to have your personal barcodes and shipping labels.
So I live right by a Under Armour headquarters where there is always clearance items and excellent prices.I’ve been reselling off of eBay, Macari, marketplace but interested in through Amazon.I have a basic sellers account while I sell books and stuff but if I want to sell retail items like under armor I have to provide the documentation that I am a distributor or something. Any thoughts on how to get around that??
This may be a silly question but how do you change the shipment info. It broke my order into 4 shipments sending 8 items one place and individual items to 3 other places. How do I do the advance placement to send it all in one box to amazon?

Your videos are so informative. I’ve been binge watching them. Since this video was done 10 months ago before the pandemic started. You stated that these boxes will get to the warehouse quickly and ready to sell. Since the pandemic started and Amazon is overwhelmed, do you notice your products take longer to arrive at the warehouse and be ready to sell? I ask because I sent my first shipment back in September from the supplier and Amazon is still doing the check in process. Is that normal? I’m wondering if I did something wrong. I can’t get any help from Amazon on this. I would appreciate any advise. Thank you.
Hi Tina! Yes some warehouses are backed up. I haven't experienced it since this summer but I know some are taking longer to check in than normal.
