Hey Cameron . Hope you're doing well . This Lesson really does cover everything I need to work on . I've always been kind of good with my Sweep Picking , but only with 4 note patterns from D to E and back and that's it . Haven't been able to throw a 3 or 4 note Sweep into the middle of a Solo . So like I said , this Lesson will really help me . And one question , to get your opinion ; I've never been able to get even reasonably good at Alternate Picking . So I'm pretty good with Economy Picking but not great . Do you think me totally focusing on Economy Picking , and getting really good with it would make up for not using Alternate Picking ? I hope everything is going well with you . 🎸

These are the stock pickups so I'm not sure how they're connected and wired but it will most likely be in series on this particular guitar. Not parallel
So I can get from this video, you are 100% using some sort of compression Sustainer, cause there is zero difference in the amplitude of any of your notes?!??
I play pretty hard and worked damn hard on my technique for years but jealous people forget that part. I have a little bit of compression to level the sound for recording purposes but it isn't doing a lot overall.
@@CameronCooper sure it is. One can wiggle the string n keep it going but impossible to play throughout the neck n every note at the same amplitude. Impossible.

For me, Satchel is one o the greatest of all time. He's a huge shredder but very melodic as well. I love him, not in a sexual way by the way.
