The sister gets a new boyfriend (who was the friendly older stepbrother of the brothers ex-girlfriend). The brother tried to apologize to his sister but she told him to deal with it. The boy asked why he was always trying to apologize. The sister explains everything that happened. The boy visited his stepsister in the hospital and told her everything that happened; effectively scolding her. He called her bad nicknames (Karen, Selfish Entitled Princess, Lila Rossi 2.0, Little Miss Attention Seeker, etc.) which made his stepsister upset and cry. After the girl was released from the hospital, she was expelled from school permanently.
