How to Make Payment Voucher Entry in Tally ERP 9 in Hindi - Tally Tutorial in Hindi #Tally_Part_13
is video me aap janege ki tally me payment ki entry kaise ki jati hai. tally me payment ki entry payment voucher se ki jati hai jo is video me aap dekhenge.
Basic division of payment voucher is cash payment and bank payment. Bank payments re in several types like, cheque, Online transfer,ATM card etc.
Cash payment voucher: Example :Abc Ltd paid Telephone Expense Rs 1570 On 01-09-2019.
To enter payment voucher in tally erp 9, you need to go to
1.Gateway of tally Accounting Voucher Payment ( The shortcut key to access payment voucher is F5 )
2.Change the date using F2 or Date button if needed.
3.Select the cash or bank account under Account .
4.Under particulars select the account to be debited. For example party account, expense account etc. Use alt+c to create a ledger if not already exist. This will take you to secondary ledger creation screen.
5.Enter the amount.
6.Enter the narration and save the screen.
Hit Enter Key ,Tally will ask confirmation, Accept? Yes or No, Hit enter key again or Use key Y to save or N to go back for modification. You can use mouse here to save click on Yes to cancel, NO.
