INGREDIENTS
Tart:
185g flour
50g powdered sugar
125g cold butter
1 egg yolk
1 tsp cold water
Filling:
4 tbs melted butter
1 cup honey
1 tbs bourbon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup whole pecans
100g granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes in 325°F

I know this might sound like a silly thing to appreciate but the bowl you had the yolk in.. I really love the fact that you used that bowl cause it had decorative edging, like it was just a old timey bowl you had and you just wanted to use it instead of your typical run of the mill metal mixing bowl.
I saw this video of someone talking about how minimalist life styles are killing creativity and actually making us more depressed. Every thing is basic shapes and colors, monotone and dont have character any more. Back in like 1920 everything had decorative embellishments or carvings in them and were creative, even phone booths and random light poles out side. Now everything is monochrome and cut and dry shapes. It's like that episode of spongebob where squidward goes to that chrome universe and looses his mind... anyways, all that to say I appreciate the cute little bowl you used 💖
