I've been lifting with SSG - Austin for 1 year. It's been the best thing I've done for myself. EVERYONE should be lifting weights. Everyone...

Amen. Its more often than not the people who need it most that don't get it.

@@RoyThomasIII my initial reason was to fix some bratty hamstrings after knee replacement. Strengthening my posterior chain shaped them right up. I stayed because I got stronger and my mind and body changed for the better.
      I'm a convert for life.

Amazing. I hope to see more people restoring their quality of life with such a simple and effective method. Its been truly life changing to see what it does to ones psyche. I hope to share this with as many people as I can

Thanks so much for what you all do!!!! I’m 51 soon to be 52 in a few months.
I’ve watched on the sidelines my husband in you alls program and even though he’s a couple years younger than I am he’s able to squat with ease. I’ve had trouble loosing weight I get to a certain number and I’m stuck so I thought if I’m going to stay at this weight then I want it to be muscle instead of fat. Along with I’m not able to squat and I have aches and pains that from what I’ve seen and heard this strength training will help!!!! I also don’t want to be older and worrying about how to get up from the floor or not able to walk up stairs. I don’t want to be feeble!!!
So I started strength training a couple weeks ago. I’m enjoining it. I’ve got a lot of work to do on my squats. But I’m going to get there. My trainer is my husband and he’s great he’s compassionate but makes me push through. He’s very encouraging!!!
Thanks again for all you are doing!!!!
