  • There are some lessons we learn over time. Like how true self-worth comes when we embrace our authentic selves. The iconic Kate Winslet explains it all.

Thank you L'Oreal fro this campaign. So moving - what a brilliant piece by Kate Winslet, she got me doing the mirror thing and saying'I'm worth it' made me a teary. Such a powerful phrase.

She still looks the same without makeup.

She looks the same without the makeup, thanks to her great skin which she achieved by spending tons, plus clever lighting/camera. So this is not representing authentic flawed women at all.

She has worked hard for her money and is so passionate about her work. There’s nothing wrong with taking care of our skin and body. How amazing that she used her platform to do something so vulnerable like this to teach the youth to love themselves unconditionally.. how many people don’t? It’s heart breaking. If she can help just one person with this, then it was worth it🤍

I appreciate the effort but this is so 2010.
Kate is an exceptional artist and one of my all-time favorite actresses. But with all respect to her, all I could think of was her hard-earned/well-deserved privileges. Besides, this video isn't able to reflect her makeup-free beauty because of the perfect light and camera angle. I'm not trying to be bitter or saying "I would act the same if I could lead a life like her" but we as audiences and potential consumers are fed up with these kinds of ads as they don't do any help. You expect me to relate to Kate Winslet. What? People need to see something real as skin textures, tired eyes, acne scars, and ordinary individuals not celebrities.

and the cover image for this video is of course when she looks at her "best". smh

how about men are worth it too... enough of the narcissist about women...so many young men are suicidal cuz everything is only about women these last 10 years... I feel sorry for women who have teenager boy... all they see is negative comments about men in this world. sad. ;(

You assume she was only talking about woman. Listen closely.
