Just catching up with your latest work - this one is really ace. Love the switching between technicolor and sepia. It just works perfectly, along with some of the lesser used clips showing the nuances of their relationship - the lows as well as the highs that always made this relationship so believable. I've never understood the "J/C-shippers" who romp around mainly on the fanfiction sites. Janeway rejected Chakotay, so Chakotay moved on. Janeway was too old for Chakotay anyway . moreover Chakotay and Seven make the better couple. It just should have been scripted better.
😂So it never occurred to me that Kathryn looked older than Chakotay. The couple Chakotay and Seven didn't have chemistry for me and I didn't even see any story there. The current creators probably understood it too. Picard and Prodigy are proof of that.
