- A processional from HCMC in Minneapolis to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office in Minnetonka was held for the three first responders killed Sunday morning in Burnsville.

This is so sad and horrible. Praying for all who is touched by this tragedy. Praying for all law enforcement and EMS, Firefighters, and anyone who chooses to put their lives in risk. God Bless them all.

I loss 4 law enforcement officers over the years ago. To families of the two cops and paramedic your in my prayers. I now have a son who is a cop for Brooklyn Park and this hit home harder than before.

Yes, their work is a calling! We , the ones who love them, are aware every time that they go to work, that they could be hurt or killed… and they all bear some wounds from what they have seen. But they think about all of us; of humanity’s sorrowful need, and the needs of unbalanced, sick, wounded, or endangered souls. And they still go out to help. First Responders are a family and their hearts are all aching for these 3 and their families. Ours are also.

We just lost one of our own here in Wyoming a few days ago serving a no trespassing notice. My heart is broken for the departments and families. My thoughts and prayers for everyone involved including the mother and kids in that home this morning and a community and entire state grieving this senseless act. God bless you all..

Condolences to Family, co-workers & friends of the deceased. I lived in Burnsville twice, once as a child and once for a few years when my Father/family transfered there for 2 years. Due to the proliferation of guns EVERYWHERE gun violence has been out of control for over 25 years! Yet, little has been done by our legislators to make first-responders & ordinary citizens safe r& more secure. thoughts & prayers are not the solution, deeds & actions by our local, state & Federal legislators are!
