on the first test when you poured all the stuff on the carpet, when it was time to see it coming up, the camera was not on the rug. The cleaning is only done when you're going forward, when you are going in reverse, it's extracting the solution

IV been thru the third one now, and it's tore up. I cleaned up after a 12 yr old dog who want pee on a pad, and 4 cats I raised from new born, really used it daily, Talking to agent is ridiculous, it had 5 yr warranty. First one tore up, got replacement, the motor on it started screaming and brushed not turn, got replacement now there's two rollers, one will not turn when using it, talked to lady at Hoover she said to take it to a guy to fix it over 1 hour and a half away, I'm 70 yr old and disabled told her couldn't do that, then she said to send a video of the rollers not working, phone doesn't work right videoing it's old phone. Had mini stroke the day after talking to Hoover lady, not been able to get back with them yet because can't talk correctly yet. Get to frustrated still. Been through 3 of them. You decide

Best thing to do is reach out to Hoover Customer Support and see if they are able to send a replacement.

I used mine like 5 times and then threw it out because the parts go bad quick and it became more of a headache. Not worth the money.
It has a 5 year warranty. I would have never thrown it out. Probably should just make sure you clean it really good every-time you use it!
The dirty water not going in the bottom tank, keeps switching 2 wash & dry, while I'm washing, I'm just soaking my carpet with dirty water!! The washing mode DOES NOT look like that, & u have 2 push REAL SLOW in both directions!
I am just trying to figure out why it is not suctioning up water lol. - not watch someone pour stuff around and suck it up. 😁 My carpet is drenched and not a drop will soak up. I.have cleaned the entire machine and it still won't work. I might have to go rent a water vac.sigh

I just bought one and its the worst of them all, I could literally take a straw get down on the floor and suck up more water than it does and it Leaks, has leaked from day one, all hoover says is clean the tank clean the screen etc etc, Piece of crap.
Get a replacement because yours is obviously messed up. Mine doesn’t do that at all.
That is called a defective product. Not everything is 100% perfect.
Oh and BTW they shoud be giving this piece of crap away

Don't buy this hoover! If it sits for a month something happens internally and it starts to leak out the back panel!!! Many people are having this problem!!!
Most likely it's seals drying out and leaking, very poor design
Yes my carpet was just ruined because the water leaked and then when i tried drying it up the soapy water solution was leaking back into the carpet. Its sudsy and soaked now and im frustrated with this shit machine!
