Another very yummy cooking queen. What is the difference between Beef Masala, and Beef stew? Also why add Corn Starch?, and what if you don't do that? Looks very yummy

Beef Masala is made using the "Masala Spice". I use Corn Starch to thicken the soup as well and no worries if you don't have it. and sooo sorry for the late response dear 🙏🏿🙏🏿
