Very nice. One thing to note: Standard trim level Scout IIs had gray painted frames instead of the better stainless ones here. With the wing window and seal out, it is a good time to prep and repaint those.
BTW I think that translucent wood grain body-side decal makes for one of the best looking Scout IIs, particularly with Winter White paint!
Any tricks for getting the glass to fit into the new gasket without needing to push it in? My results require a semi-forced push to get the window to seat.
Great information. Any chance that you know how to repair/adjust 800 model door latches? I've tried every adjustment that I can but have been unable to get the driver's side door to latch without slamming it, and even then it is not properly seated. ANY information would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

My window glass when rolling up hits the button head screws. any thoughts? thanks... good video.
i know the issues i had doing my scout ii terra wing window is the driver side is cracked at the bottom right in the center and the wing window dose not open straight.
