We just returned from a month in Fuengirola! It was fantastic!
We moved to Marbella last year and really like coming here, Fuengirola has so much to offer that we didn’t know about.

You clearly filmed this out of season. In the summer the whole are around the castle is closed for Marenostrum. The events in the castle are destroying the history and the architecture.
July - September you’ll be lucky to find a spot on the beach amongst all the litter and people who set up camp for the day.
Ah really! Yeah, we have been to Fuengirola twice and both out of season…..
we are definitely going back soon to have that beautiful meal at Vulcano grill.
we thought it’d be nice to attend a concert here but you’re right it’s damaging the building.

Yeah, it's absolutely buzzing in the summer season, so much so that it makes life chaotic for those of us who live here all year round. These guys have done a good job at "selling" the place, however, in my opinion, Fuengirola is highly overrated.
We’ll take it as a complement 😇 but yeah we can totally see the negative side of it, here in Marbella as soon as summer hits we start seeing traffic jams and prices jump.
We did a video on Benalmadena as well which has a lot of activities but we must say that we preferred the vibe in Fuengirola but then we haven’t visited in the peak of summer yet.
