What is the dial on the dash? Brake bias adjustment? Also why does he tweak his right hand sometimes into the corner? Tight cockpit?

Did you expect it to be like everyone else was on 60 lap old tires? Methodically picking off around 10 drivers over the course of the race is definitely driving through the field.
What is going on with his right arm on entry to the corners?? Looks like he has a cramp or something
