It absolutely can be! They both operate on the same principal of comparing odds across multiple sportsbooks and finding an edge.
It really comes down to what's available in your state. If you're in California, for instance, the Fantasy Optimizer is probably more suited for you as the more traditional sportsbooks aren't available. Hope that makes sense!

As DFS Pick'em has just been shut down in Florida, your best bet is the Positive EV tool as you do have access to Hard Rock Bet.
2:52 is it okay take esports plays with only one datapoint(hot streak)? or should I find plays with multiple datapoints?
The more data points you have, the better you can evaluate how good of an edge you have.

It depends on a several factor. Time of day you checked, how many games there are going on that night etc etc. I would check in periodically throughout the day.

Sorry for the late response. The Fantasy optimizer deals exclusively in DFS pick'em (i.e Prizepicks, Underdog, etc..), whereas the Positive EV tool mainly caters to traditional sportsbooks (fandue, caesars, draftkings, etc...)
If you are primarily a DFS pick'em bettor, the fantasy optimizer is your best bet.

Do you ever take plays in “yellow”?
I have taken some to add to a slip and still have a solid slip with an edge.
